Some of you might recognize the picture below to be Monica Gooling, former White House liason who has come under fire for what are believed to be discriminatory hiring practices- namely, with regard to the Justice Department.  It pisses me off to think that not only was political affiliation used, but apparently, so was sexual orientation.  

And while it is a serious matter, I just can't get over this picture.
