Found out over the weekend that my former reserve unit (Delta Co, 4th LAR) made it home safely on Friday after several months in Iraq. Despite my misgivings about the command/administrative part of it all, I'm glad to hear they're home.

What's funny is I had only just opened my Facebook account a few days prior, and I happened to get the word through a buddy of mine on there.
