Don't know if you've ever read the graphic novel, but the movie's coming out! Doctor Manhattan looks a little... I don't know. Poorly rendered (the CG character), I guess? He just seems off, somehow. But the rest looks awesome!

Apparently, Rampage got himself in some hit-and-runs on the freeway, and tried to dodge the cops.  Didn't go over so well for him.
