It’s funny, the small things that make a difference. Took a run last night for the first time in about a month or so (yeah, I’ve been either that busy or exhausted- I play volleyball roughly weekly, though, so I’m doing something at least). At any rate… jogging. I have a tendency of ‘hunching up’ my shoulders, which in turn gives my lower back added stress (and, since I still feel the remnants of popping it from years ago, that’s not exactly pleasurable). So I made a concentrated effort at keeping my shoulders low, and looking ahead, not down.
